As part of this strategy, we are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Consultant to help us drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through various digital channels.

Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy to promote the company’s logistics services. The role involves using online marketing channels such as SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately grow the business. The consultant will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the company’s online presence aligns with business objectives.

Job Description:
• Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow the company’s online presence and attract new customers.
o Align marketing strategies with business goals, particularly in relation to customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
o Identify target audiences and tailor digital marketing campaigns to meet the needs of different customer segments.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Improve website visibility and ranking on search engines by optimizing on-page content, meta tags, URLs, and other SEO elements.
o Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
o Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making recommendations to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Social Media Marketing:
o Develop and manage the company’s presence across relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
o Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to build brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
o Run paid social media campaigns to promote services, generate leads, and grow followers across platforms.
• Content Marketing:
o Create and manage a content calendar, producing high-quality blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, and other content.
o Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the company’s messaging, driving organic traffic and engagement.
o Collaborate with industry experts to produce insightful and relevant content that adds value to customers.
• Email Marketing:
o Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
o Segment email lists based on customer demographics, interests, and behaviors to deliver personalized and targeted messages.
o Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future email campaigns.
• Brand Management:
o Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all digital platforms.
o Enhance the company’s reputation by managing online reviews, testimonials, and client feedback.
o Develop strategies to improve brand loyalty and customer retention. Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
o Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, social media, etc.).
o Strong knowledge of Google Ads, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Marketing & Analytical Skills:
o Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and trends.
o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed marketing decisions.
o Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present insights to stakeholders.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external agencies.
• Organizational Skills:
o Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
o Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimizing marketing efforts
